Estelle Dunstan

Master 2 Student

Estelle is currently in her second year of master’s degree at Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté in Dijon. Her studies focus on transition metals in the fields of organometallic and coordination chemistry and their applications to sustainability and imaging. Prior to joining the lab, she did a three-month long internship at the institute for sustainability in Bath under the supervision of A. Buchard and E. Clark.

She then joined the SolHyCat team in February 2024 for a six-month internship to deepen her knowledge of electrochemistry in the field of energy conversion. Her project consists in investigating molecular catalysts at electrode surface to perform selective CO2 reduction and looking at the impact of electrode co-functionalization.

In her spare time, Estelle enjoys watching movies, reading and travelling to see new places
